A bug reporting tool that captures more than “it’s broken”.
Testers can report defects, text and layout problems, poor flows and suggested improvements directly from the affected page or screen.
In-app bug reporting for useful feedback
Remedy shortens the distance between seeing a problem and explaining it. Instead of leaving the application, finding a separate ticketing system and trying to remember what happened, a tester opens the report control on the current screen and describes the issue in plain language.
Automatic diagnostic context
Subject to the project's permissions, Remedy can attach the current route, device details and a small buffer of recent application events. Sensitive material is sanitised and credentials are rejected before the report enters the diagnosis workflow.
Report defects and improvements
Testing is not limited to crashes. Remedy can structure feedback about incorrect text, broken layouts, confusing interaction flows, missing states and opportunities to improve the product experience.
From bug report to repair status
Every report enters a visible lifecycle. Teams can see whether the issue is new, being diagnosed, prepared for repair, awaiting approval, deployed or verified. The reporter's observation remains connected to the eventual outcome.
